AGRITURISMO APARTMENTS

Villa S. Andrea offers the possibility of spending a dream holiday, immersed in the countryside, in one of three farmhouses on the estate – Podere Perticato, Podere Montelodoli or Villa Zobi.

Each farmhouse has been lovingly restored and is surrounded by gardens with a swimming pool. Pericato and Montelodoli have been divided into apartments while Zobi is an independent villa with its own private pool.

All the apartments have characteristic oak beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. They are furnished with traditional Tuscan rustic pieces and are fully equipped with modern comforts.

In the communal areas outside, all the guests have the use of a swimming pool, a barbeque, dining tables and chairs for eating ‘al fresco’ and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Villa Zobi

The old ‘Podere Zobi’ is a traditional, freestanding Tuscan country villa surrounded by a large garden with its own pool.  The villa can accommodate up to twelve guests and is approximately 1200 metres away from the hamlet of Fabbrica.

Perticato

The ‘Podere Perticato’ farmhouse is 2050 metres away from the hamlet of  Fabbrica and at about 300 metres above sea level. From this fantastic hillside position there is a marvellous view over the hills of the Pesa valley, famous for  its excellent production of  Chianti Classico wine. The farmhouse itself has been converted into six bilocal and one trilocal apartments.  One of the bilocal apartments has access for people with disabilities.

Montelodoli

The ‘Podere Montelodoli’ farmhouse is 850 metres away from Fabbrica and is situated on the crest of a hill surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.  There are four bilocal and two trilocal apartments. Two of the bilocal apartments have access for people with disabilities. Adjacent to the farmhouse is a stone barn, recently restored, that serves as a meeting room, with its own kitchen and bathroom.

APARTMENTS:

Bilocal (2+2 people):  These apartments have one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen.

Trilocal (3+2 people): This apartment has one double bedroom, one single bedroom, one bathroom with shower, large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen.

Trilocal (4+2 people): These apartments have two double bedrooms, one or two bathrooms with shower, large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen.

Quadrilocal (4+4 people): This apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, two large living room each with double sofa bed and kitchen.

Villa S. Andrea is part of the “Fabbrica –Santa Cristina” hunting reserve;  for those whose love to walk or take bike rides the surrounding territory  offers numerous itineraries in splendid, unspoilt, countryside and woodlands with their oak, holm-oak, acacia and cypress trees.

All of our guests have the opportunity to visit our historic wine cellars and the oil press and taste the wines and extra virgin olive oil we produce.
